Where can I get a Registration Application?
Printable applications and on-line registration are available on line at http://www.AmericanHero25kRelay.org, click on the Registration link.
Will you accept copies of a race application? Yes, you can also download a copy from this website’s Registration link.
When and where can my team or I make changes to our registration? All changes to registration including late entrants and alternates can be made on Packet Pick Up (Sat, 28 May 2011 at Spaghetti Warehouse, 1226 E. Houston, corner of Houston and Cherry, from 10 AM to 6PM) and on Event Day (29 May 2011) on the stadium field. Your application stands as is until such time.
Can we register as a team? Each team member must register individually. However, if you desire, team members can combine their registrations and mail them together. Team members may enclose one check for each team member or combine the total entry fee into one check.
NOTE: Register early enough so that your checks clear the bank prior to Packet Pickup, 28 May, or you will have to pay cash at Packet Pickup or at the entrance to the stadium on Event Day. THE LATE FEE APPLIES.
Make sure you print the team captain and team name on each registration form, as that is what will be used to merge your team members together (many individuals are registering separately). It will also be used for computer input, tracking, awards, the newspaper, etc.
Please print neatly. Your name will be posted in the Express News, our website and be used for recording and posting.
What happens if my registration is incomplete or has errors? Applications must be signed and complete. If your application is incomplete we will have to return it to you and your spot may be given up, as we cannot hold it for you.
At what age do minors need a parent to sign the registration?
A Parent or Guardian must sign if a team member is a minor (17 years of age and under as of 29 May 2011).
Is there a detailed map of the course?
A colored, detailed map of the course is on line on this website (http://www.AmericanHero25kRelay.org) Click on the Relay Course Map link then click on the “Download Larger version of this map" press "HERE” Use your computer print capability.
